This story happened to me in 2013. I published it on Google Plus, when this network was gaining popularity. I want to save it here. In secret, running in the coming years, exactly this trip was the starting point for me, and after I moved to live in this magical city for 3 years :) So I think that this story just needs to be saved.

Hurray! My dream is happened and I going to the trip to St. Petersburg. This year, many of my friends was visiting this city, and I also decided to do it. In general, there was not much time, only 6 days, everything was speedy and all time I was runnung. But I really liked it and I want more :) The city is magic, people are very beautiful and kind. With the weather, I was very lucky, all week long it was not standard for SPB - the sun was shining all days long without big rains. After the arrival, I went to collect tickets for the concert Joe Satriani And then I going to look for a mine hotel. I lived on the embankment of the Karpovka River in a mini hotel Amsterdam. It’s located in a quiet street. The way to the city took 20 minutes by footing, to the nearest metro station Gorkovskaya 30 minutes.
Kamenoostrovsky Lane and Bolshoy Prospekt. In these streets I dined, went to the shops, whatched around. Of course, I was visited other streets of the city. Nevsky, Ligovsky, many different metro stations. Also I visited the Peter and Paul Fortress and the Hare Island, they are near the metro station Gorkovskaya. I was at Petergorf, City of fountains, and at the Pushkin and Kronstadt.

The first little city I visited is Peterhof, was very beautiful and green. So many fountains, trees and a many emotions))) I went to Pushkin city without a guid tour, on a bus, and after I walked along the Catherine’s Park. Unfortunately in Kronstadt, I didn’t saw a lot of ships, because of what I went there. But I took around across the Gulf of Finland, so much water around, cruise ships …

I also was on the opening of bridges, night walk along the canals on the boat. Sitting on the upper deck, wrapped in a blanket and listening to the story about the city, this feeling was unforgettable. I became a little sad, but then everything went away. I saw how all the bridges of the city are opening in the night. It was the first sleepless night
Before the flight, I had another sleepless night. I went to the board game club The Place. And not only. A full building, two-storyed, with a playground for sports games, there is a bar, comfortable sofas and a carpet on the roof. You can play both board games and games like basketball or another, badminton, video games. Very kind and good place. The night flew so fast. In the morning, at 5 o’clock I went to breakfast at the nearest McDonald’s, It was only this open at that time and after by subway to home. At the 12:00 I had to leave my hotel so I had to sleep a little. After lunch I went to Arsenal Stadium there was a Holi color festival there, I didn’t go inside because I was afraid became full of paint in my body, and I’ll fly away in a few hours. Then I saw the guys on the subway fully colored by this paints. It’s pretty fun.
I want to say that this trip was a success and great, because at this magic city are so many things to see, to do and visit.
